This document is an official offer (public offer) of Individual Entrepreneur Victoria Ivanovna Remezova, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", acting on the basis of a state registration certificate, to conclude an Agreement for the provision of services on the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. The following terms and definitions are used in this document and in the relations of the Parties arising from or related to it:
1.1.1. Public Offer - the text of this document with all appendices, amendments and additions to it, posted on the Contractor's Website and available on the Internet at: http://victoriaremezova.by
1.1.2. Agreement - an agreement for the provision of services together with all Mandatory Documents related thereto, concluded between the Contractor and the Customer on the terms of this Offer.
1.1.3. Service – providing access to a specific Event for the Customer or Participant.
1.1.4. Offer Acceptance – acceptance of the Offer by the Customer by performing the actions specified in this Offer, creating an Agreement between the Customer and the Contractor.
1.1.5. Customer – a person who has accepted the Offer (with respect to the execution of the concluded Agreement).
1.1.6. Contractor’s Website / Website – an automated information system accessible on the Internet at the network address: http://victoriaremezova.by for sales and announcements of future events, registration of Customers and placing Orders.
1.1.7. Closed pages of the website – pages of the automated information system accessible on the Internet at the network address http://victoriaremezova.by, where students gain access to confidential information and training materials.
1.1.8. Order – performance by the Customer of the actions listed on the relevant page of the Website, necessary for execution of a separate Agreement.
1.1.9. Event – Consultation of the Participant organized in a form determined by the Contractor using an automated information system available on the Internet (online) under a certain Program (within certain Time Limits).
1.1.10. Training Course – a training course consisting of one or more lessons. Provision of the Participant with confidential information and training material (pre-compiled text, photos, recorded video and audio files) on closed pages of the Contractor's Website.
1.1.11. Event Form – the form in which the consultation is conducted. Forms may vary – training, consulting seminar, online seminar (webinar), marathon, individual consultation and other training programs. The Event Form is established by the Contractor when organizing it and is carried out via remote access via the Internet, taking place in real time. The webinar can be held in the form of a video or audio broadcast, message exchange, or in other forms. Information about the form of the event is posted on the Contractor's website. By accepting the Offer, the Customer agrees to hold the Event in the established form.
1.1.12. Event Program - a list of topics and issues on which confidential information will be posted, which is the subject of the consultation. Information about the event program is posted on the Contractor's website. By accepting the Offer, the Customer agrees to hold the Event according to a specific Program.
1.1.13. Access to the Event - the ability to access closed pages of the Contractor's website, where confidential information is posted, which is the subject of the consultation.
1.1.14. Participant - the Customer, or another person specified by the Customer when Ordering as a person who will have access to the confidential information of the Event.
1.1.15. Participant's email - the email address specified by the Customer when placing the Order.
1.1.16. Event Duration - the period set by the Contractor for holding the Event. Information on the Event dates is posted on the Contractor's website. By accepting the Offer, the Customer agrees to hold the Event within the specified period.
1.1.17. Familiarization - the time provided to the Customer after gaining access to the Training Course to familiarize themselves with the course materials and the opportunity, in case of dissatisfaction, to return the funds spent minus the Contractor's expenses of 3 (three)% of the amount paid by the Customer. within 5 business days. In relation to the Training Course, the familiarization time is 2 hours after gaining access to the closed pages of the site.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide Services based on the Orders placed, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for the Services under the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The name and composition of the Services, the terms and cost of their provision, as well as other necessary conditions of the Agreement are determined when placing the Order.
2.3. A mandatory condition for the provision of Services by the Contractor is the unconditional acceptance and compliance by the Customer of the requirements and provisions applicable to the relations of the parties under the Agreement determined
